We are a team of professionals, artisans. We created Kicking Donkey, an artisan workshop in the heart of Emilia: we design and sew bikepacking bags designed for real travel.
Why a kicking donkey?
“You’re loaded like a mule!” they would say to me on my first trips, when they saw me arriving.
Hence the idea of the donkey: a noble, patient, tireless animal.
As Emilians, we also liked the idea of having the “rebellious cousin” of the prancing horse, but upside down.
The triangle in the logo represents the frame bag, our signature product.
